Rockland District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court from Nov. 2-6.
Owen R. Adair, 24, of Vinalhaven, theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail, $596.00 restitution; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, $512.50 restitution; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, $1400 restitution.
Matthew P. Connellan, 58, of Whitefield, stalking-serious inconvenience and emotional distress, 90 days in jail all suspended, administrative release one year; driving to endanger, dismissed.
Ashley Hammer, 28, of Rockport, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended, three year registration suspended; operating vehicle without license-conditions and restrictions, dismissed.
Kenneth N. Spear Jr., 48, of Rockland, three counts of domestic violence, all dismissed.
