Rockland City Council goal-setting meeting Oct. 22

ROCKLAND — A special meeting of the Rockland City Council will be held Thursday, Oct. 22, 5 p.m., in the Board Room of the Rockland Public Library.
The City Council will devote this time to goal-setting exercises in regards to the upcoming year and the future budgetary needs anticipated.
City Manager James Chaousis II said during the September 9 city council meeting: “It is important to have a conversation amongst us as to how to move forward.
“Goal setting for the managers is very important at this point in time because we’re going to start working on budget creation. A lot of the goals we want to establish have costs associated with them.”
