Camden Opera House’s annual Camden Summer Sounds series of free outdoor concerts concludes with The Right Track, performing Sunday, Aug. 24, at 4 p.m. at the Camden Snow Bowl, 22 Barnestown Road. This summer’s series is sponsored by Maine State Credit Union. 

This high-energy, all dance music band opened the very first Summer Sounds concert (socially distanced in 2020) and has been part of the annual series that grew from it ever since. The Right Track is an 11-piece classic R&B/soul/funk band with a full horn section and several vocalists.

"The band has an active public and private event schedule, and a real following – especially among those who like to move," said the Opera House.

Camden Summer Sounds attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn seating and picnics.

Admission is free, though donations are welcome for the opera house’s Community Arts Fund. All dogs must be on leash.  

In the event of wet weather, the concerts are held at the downtown Camden Opera House. Any rain location decisions will be made 5 p.m. the day before and posted on camdenoperahouse.com and in social media.
