The vehicle, a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, struck a utility pole and rolled over several times coming to rest upright.
John Moriarty 59, of Bangor; Brad Pomeroy, 35, of Searsport; and Adam Littlefield, 31, of Winterport were all ejected from the vehicle.
Troopers have not yet determined who was driving.
Moriarty and Pomeroy died at the scene. Littlefield was transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor and is in critical condition with multiple injuries. The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
