WARREN — Patricia D. Fogg, 57, died peacefully Oct. 7, 2015, surrounded by her family, at her home.

Born in Rockland on June 8, 1958, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Marguerite Sanborn McIntyre. Educated locally, she attended Georges Valley High School.

Following high school Patricia married David F. Fogg on June 21, 1975. Together they lived in Cushing and Thomaston. David and Patricia were married for 30 years before their divorce.

While her family was young, Patricia was employed at Crowe Rope. She worked there for more than 16 years until that factory closed. Next she worked at Back Cove Yachts, where she was employed for another eight years. At both Crowe Rope and Back Cove, Patricia had the pleasure of working side by side with her daughter, who said she was a very easy person to work with.

Later she moved on to Knight Marine, where she was employed as a boat builder for nine years. While at Knight she was given the opportunity to hone her skills and she took great pride in her work. She loved anything to do with water, the ocean and shells, so she felt at home at the marina.

She loved being outdoors, going camping and any excuse to have a good bonfire. Tending her beautiful flower gardens was another favorite pastime. She was an avid New England Patriot's fan, often razzing her son-in-law about them. When not watching football, she enjoyed following her favorite NASCAR driver, Tony Stewart.

Family was her number one priority and she took particular joy in her grandchildren. Spending time with them was her greatest love. She was known as a kind, loving and giving person, often putting the needs of others before her own. She did whatever she could to help people around her.

She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.

Predeceased by her former husband, David Fogg Sr. in 2012; Patricia is survived by her fiancé, Leon Drowatzky of Warren; her children, Barbie Earley and her husband, Jerry, of Thomaston, Karen Jakobsen of Pinedale, Wyo., and David F. Fogg Jr. and his wife, Alicia, of Tenants Harbor; her brothers, Ricky, Bobby, Jim and Kenny McIntyre; her sisters, Alice Feltis, Dodi Moores and Pam Fogg; nine grandchildren, Gage Jakobsen, Dustin Jakobsen, Brandon Davis, Baylee Davis, Connor Earley III, Isabella Earley, Derek Fogg, Wyatt Earley, and Hailey Fogg; and a special friend and her son, whom Patricia thought of like a daughter and grandson, Celia Knight and her son, Phinn.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, Oct. 15 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland, where a service will be held at 3 p.m. The Rev. Wayne Sawyer will officiate. Interment will follow at Achorn Cemetery.

Those wishing to assist the Fogg family may send donations to Barbie Earley, 15 Amelia Drive, Thomaston, ME 04861.
