A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Jacobus subsequently completed his residency in Madison, Wisconsin.

After recently relocating to Blue Hill, he looks forward to living and working in a small town. With a passion for rural healthcare and community-based medicine, Dr. Jacobus brings with him broad-based, small community hospital experience, according to Northern Lights, in a news release.
