Salt Pond Studio will be exhibiting the paintings of young Nobleboro artist Graham Walton.
The beauty of this region's coast remains a central theme in Graham’s work. Whether he is painting a landscape, portrait, or still life. If you expect to see the colors and compositions associated with traditional Maine landscapes paintings, you may find them absent. Walton, inspired by the Impressionists, Fauvists and Modernists, uses bold color.
Salt Pond Studio occupies the historic East Friendship one room school house at the corner orf Route 97 and Salt Pond Road in Friendship.
The exhibition is open to daily from July 9 – July 16 12 – 5 p.m.
