SEARSPORT — The Medomak and Searsport eighth grade baseball teams met on the diamond in Searsport for a Friday, April 29 showdown easily won by the visiting Riverhawks. 

Medomak plated three runs in the first inning, 13 in the second and six in the third frame en route to a 22-0 victory. 

At the plate for Medomak were Josh Blake (three singles, four RBI), Aidyn Herring (three singles, four RBI), Owen Dostie (three RBI), Wyatt Simmons (single, two RBI), Tucker Brown (two singles, two RBI), Ashton Francis (RBI), Konner Scofield (RBI), Griffin Holgerson (RBI), Gage Austin (RBI), Dima Cheesman (two RBI) and Austin Wilshire (RBI). 

Offensive stats were not available for Searsport. 

Pitching for Searsport were Springer, Kronholm and Carbiserio. First names were not available. 

Blake worked the pitcher’s mound for Medomak. He fanned nine batters, allowed two walks and surrendered no hits.
