Medomak 7th girls basketball tops Camden-Rockport

WALDOBORO — The Camden-Rockport and Medomak seventh grade girls basketball teams met Friday, Jan. 3 in Waldoboro for a Busline League game. 

Medomak possessed quarterly advantages of 22-3, 32-9 and 38-15 en route to a 42-19 victory.

Scoring for Medomak were Sadie Knight (six points), Dakotah Brackett (two points), Lilly Christ (five points), Kytana Williamson (two points, three rebounds, nine assists, two steals), Audrey Jackson (10 points, nine rebounds, nine blocks, two steals), Paige Jarvis (seven points four rebounds, two steals), Skylar Hills (eight) and Erica Waite (two points, one rebound, two assists, four steals). Emma Haney contributed one rebound and two steals. 

Scoring for Camden-Rockport were Britta Denny (17 points) and River Bell (two). 

The next game for Medomak will be Monday, Jan. 6 at home against Boothbay. 

The next game for Camden-Rockport will be Tuesday, Jan. 7 at home against Great Salt Bay.
