Maine Coast Hospital welcomes First Baby of 2023

ELLSWORTH — “Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is delighted to announce the community’s first baby of the year,” said the hospital, in a news release.
Owen Lawrence, son of Sarah and Devin Bray of Deer Isle, was the first baby born at Maine Coast Hospital in 2023. Owen was born at 8:06 a.m. on January 3, 2023, weighing 9 pounds 5 ounces.
The Birthing Department at Maine Coast honored the baby and his parents with a basket filled with treats.
