Lucille ‘Kitty’ J. Weeks, obituary
WARREN — Lucille "Kitty" J. Weeks, 84, died at her home in Warren Sept. 30, 2013. Born in Camden Sept. 16, 1929, she was the daughter of Orville and Theresa (Brodis) Jameson and was a 1948 graduate of Camden High School. On Oct. 15, 1948, she married George T. Weeks.
Kitty had worked as a housekeeper for the Ask For Homecare Agency for several years and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Northport. She enjoyed flower gardening and knitting and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her five children, Glenn Weeks and his wife, Susan, of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Lynne Allen and her husband, Frank, of Wiscasset, Ellen Gendron and her husband, Ronald, Jeffrey Weeks and his partner, Karen Rogers, and Terry Weeks and his wife, Nancy, all of Warren; Paul Pelletier of Hudson N.H.; 27 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leroy Jameson and Orville Jameson, both of Warren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother, Theresa “Mam” and father, Orville “Bud” Jameson Sr.; her husband, George T. Weeks; a daughter, Elaine Pelletier; a sister, Olive Milton and her husband, Kenneth; a brother, Donald Jameson and his wife, Virgie., her sister-in-law, Tina Jameson; and Shirley Jameson.
Private family interment will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery in Camden. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial gathering Saturday, Oct. 5, at noon at 20 Landing Road in Warren.
