LINCOLNVILLE — The Lincolnville and Searsport middle school girls basketball teams took to the basketball court Friday, Jan. 10 in Lincolnville. 

Lincolnville maintained quarterly advantages of 7-5, 33-14 and 41-31 en route to a 55-41 victory. 

Scoring for Lincolnville were Mason Clark (12 points), Hayden Davis (11), Sage Burgess (10), Thomas Leadbetter (eight), Preston Rossiter (four), Bryce Curtis (three), Caden Fowler (two), Kaden Wood (two), Mickey Nowell (two) and Matt Mitchell (one).

Scoring for Searsport were Gage Burns (10 points), Tim Smith (seven), Ashton Ellis (six), Charlie Lewis (six), Raven Carbisiero (five), Oliver Carbisiero (three), Chase Brown (two) and Jackson Bennett (two).

The next game for Lincolnville will be Monday, Jan. 13 at home against Hope in a game that will be a regular season finale showdown for Lincolnville. 

The next game for Searsport was slated to be a regular season finale Saturday, Jan. 11 on the road against Vinalhaven. That contest will not be held Saturday and the possibility for rescheduling the game is unclear.
