ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Dec. 14-22.

Matthew Binette, 31, of Biddeford, criminal conspiracy, four years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years.

Sean Higgins, 33, of Gorham, probation violation, original conviction for robbery, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Philip Seekins, 19, of South Thomaston, arson, two counts, dismissed; failure to control or report a dangerous fire, six months in jail; criminal mischief, 364 days in prison all suspended, probation one year, $2441.40 restitution; violating condition of release, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Hilary Walker, 21, of Union, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years.

Brandon Yeaton, 24, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but four months suspended, probation two years, $200 restitution.
