Knox County grand jury indictments: Manslaughter, drug trafficking, domestic violence and sexual assaults
ROCKLAND – The following indictments were handed up by a Knox County grand jury on October 10 against 45 defendants for a total of 110 criminal charges.
An indictment does not indicate guilt.
Joshua D. Benner, 35, of Rockport, aggravated forgery, failure to give correct name and violation of condition of release in Warren June 21.
Eldon Bennett, 41, of Rockport, aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of $734 in Rockport June 5; trafficking in cocaine in Rockport Sept. 12, 2022.
Richard A. Fyfe-Benoit, 38, of Rockport, Mass., aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in methamphetamine and violation of condition of release April 21.
Ricky E. Block, 48, of Tenants Harbor, burglary, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking in Rockland at the Rockland Congregational Church on Sept. 19, 2022.
Brendan D. Boutin, 21, of Frankfort, gross sexual assault, two counts, domestic violence aggravated assault, two counts, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief, criminal restraint, and violation of condition of release in Rockland July 16 and July 17.
Dakota Daniel Bowen, 32, of Waldoboro, theft in Camden at Renys Nov. 28, 2023; theft in Camden at Renys Nov. 29, 2023.
David A. Carver, 49, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, two counts, and violation of a condition of release, two counts, in Knox County Oct. 3 and Oct. 5, 2023.
Heng Chau, 35, transient, theft, two counts, in Rockland at the Maine Smoke Shop on May 24 and May 28.
Beau D. Cornish, 44, of Augusta, possession of methamphetamine, refusing to submit to arrest, aggravated forgery, and violation of condition of release, all in Rockland Sept. 12.
Eric M. Crabtree, 48, of Hope, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, violation of a condition of release, all in Warren Dec. 21, 2023.
Robert A. Curtis, 66, of Rockland, receiving stolen property belonging to the Sail, Power & Steam Museum, endangering the welfare of a child; possession of drugs (cocaine), two counts, all in Rockland Aug. 29.

Edward J. Fox, 36, of Damariscotta, theft in Warren at Ande's Variety on June 23; violating a condition of release and operating after suspension in Warren June 23.

Paul A. Heino, 49, of Rockland, unauthorized use of property (motor vehicle) on Feb. 19 in Rockland; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (Methylphenidate) and operating after suspension in Rockland Feb. 19.
Jason Hewett, 39, of Augusta, manslaughter in connection with the death of 45-year-old Kyle MacDougall of Waldoboro in Cushing July 7.
Kristopher A. Hillgrove, 37, Rockland, theft from the Maine Smoke Shop in Rockland on May 9.
Brian Hilt, 56, of Union, operating after revocation in Rockland Jan. 31.
Jonathan S. Hynd, 55, of Tenants Harbor, domestic violence aggravated assault in Cushing Sept. 2; possession of fentanyl in Cushing Sept. 5.
Natasha Jackson, 34, of Waldoboro, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (a gun) on in Thomaston May 10. Jackson is accused of discharging a handgun when she reached into her pocketbook. The bullet went into the floor an d no injuries were reported.
Jeremy Johnson, 30, of Waldoboro, aggravated criminal mischief, two counts, and leaving the scene of an accident in Rockland May 3.
Maurice Johnson, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, and criminal forfeiture of a handgun in Knox County July 12.
Kristina Marie Larrondo, 33, of South Thomaston, burglary, aggravated assault, aggravated criminal mischief, domestic violence assault, and criminal mischief in Rockland June 26.
Randy M. Lohnes, 32, of Wilmington, Mass., possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Rockport June 5; violation of a condition of release, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (methamphetamine) and operating without a license in Friendship June 11, 2022.
Noah B. Mank, 37, of Thomaston, felony tampering with a victim, violation of a protective order, and violation of a condition of release in St. George from July 30, 2023 through Nov. 15, 2023.
