Knox County Grand Jury indictments: Drug trafficking, burglary, cultivating marijuana, assaulting an officer
ROCKLAND — The Knox County Grand Jury handed down 19 indictments Dec. 16. Of the 19 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful drug possession and drug trafficking including an inmate at the Maine State Prison in Warren. The indictments all represent individuals from Maine. An indictment does not imply guilt.
Kurtis Rome Bertrand, 21, of Rockland, aggravated criminal trespass, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, failure to appear, violation of condition of release.
David H. Bresnahan, 22, of Hope, two counts of domestic violence assault, aggravated assault, 32 counts of violation of condition of release.
Kari M. Drake, 37, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer of property valued at $1,000 from Maritime Farms in Union.
John G. Flower Jr., 30, of Rockland, domestic violence assault.
Frank H. Gallagher, 46, of Union, operating after revocation.
Christopher C. Hidings, 29, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing.
Jamie Hillgrove, 45, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in Suboxone.
Marcia L. Kenney, 44, of Hope, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for theft of Bluetooth devices from the Walmart in Thomaston.
Stephen Michael Larrabee II, 41, of Belfast, operating after revocation.
Justin R. McClellan, 34, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Dezarae McPhee, 21, of Warren, conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking in methamphetamine.
Corwin Allen Olds, 36, of Rockport, domestic violence assault, violation of condition of release, violation of a protective order.
Matthew G. Pearse, 41, of Hope, unlawful possession of hydrocodone.
Edward Rogers, 47, of Tenant Harbor, aggravated cultivation of marijuana.
Edward Thorbjornson, 56, of Tenants Harbor, cultivating marijuana, violation of conditions of release.
Stephanie Thorbjornson, 56, of Tenants Harbor, cultivating marijuana, two counts of violation of conditions of release.
Tyron R. Trask, 55, of Rockport, aggravated assault, violating condition of release, assault on an officer, three counts of terrorizing, unlawful sexual contact, assault, disorderly conduct. Trask was initially arrested by Rockport Police and charged with unlawful sexual contact when he tried to put his hands down another man’s pants, assault during an altercation, and disorderly conduct. His second arrest by Rockport Police included charges for violating conditions of release and aggravated assault. According to the police report, a witness reported that the victim had first slapped Trask on the side of his face. Trask then punched the man who fell to the ground and kept kicking him in the jaw and ribs while he was on the ground, while wearing steel-toed boots, said the police report. Knox County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Tim Carroll said in a press release that Trask had been combative while being place in a restraint chair at the Knox County Jail where he was being held for a number of previous charges. According to Corrections Officers, Trask had allegedly spit in the face of one of the Officers and was also threatening physical harm and death to all involved as soon as he was released, the sheriff’s office said.
Jose L. Vasquez, 39, of Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband, Suboxone, and unlawful possession of Suboxone.
Christopher Wildhaber, 45, of Rockland, burglary, attempted stealing drugs, refusing to submit to arrest, three counts, attempted theft by unauthorized taking.
