Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from March 21-25. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Michael S. Bedell, 48, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

    Preston Kyle Bignell, 21, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

    Chad Bolster, 23, of Walpole, Mass., fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

    Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 34, of Opelika, Ala., possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, dismissed; refusing to sign criminal summons, 48 hours in jail.

    Lona Doyle, 38, of Cushing, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Korissa Dumond, 22, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $300 fine.

    Tiffany Ellis, 35, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Marlene Feltis, 54, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Jason G. Gage, 27, of Rockland, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, fine $120.

    Michael Gibbs, 44, of Camden, theft by unauthorized use of property, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Rubenstein Cameron Gnosini, 19, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $400 fine.

    Richard K. Harwood, 26, of Vinalhaven, operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

    Field Aaron Hornbeck, 20, of Portland, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

    Alex Jackson, 26, of Union, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, $115.60 restitution.

    Johnnie L. James, 33, of Nobleboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, seven days in jail.

    Nicholas C. Judge, 20, of Cushing, attaching false plates, $150 fine; failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

    Harkins Aini L. Laukka, 31, of South Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    Steven R. Little, 51, of Warren, assault, dismissed.

    Cote McClure, 23, of Friendship, criminal mischief, $250 fine, $292.36 restitution; disorderly conduct, fighting, $250 fine.

    Shannon Michael, 26, of Waltham, Mass., failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

    Jesse D. Petersdorf, 21, of Lincolnville, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

    Diane C. Peterson, 52, of Camden, two counts of harassment, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, bodily injury, dismissed.

    Jacob Pike, 25, of Weeks Mills, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Joshua L. Ross, 28, of Thomaston, furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine, seven days in jail; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.

    Timothy Chad Silva, 29, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    David Sternberg, 53, of Thomaston, violating condition of release, dismissed.

    Emily Tripp, 26, of Spruce Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Jason R. Walsh, 33, of Laconia, N.H., criminal mischief, six months in prison; violating condition of release, six months in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, six months in prison; harassment, six months in prison; harassment by telephone, six months in prison; violating condition of release, six months in prison; violating protection from abuse order, two counts, both dismissed.

    Evan Wichenbach, 31, of Waldoboro, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles per hour over speed limit, $750 fine.
