    ROCKLAND —The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 8-17.

    Audria Ariza, 37, of Camden, attaching false plates in Rockland Feb. 24, 2024, $100 fine.

    Lance A. Boody, 41, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle in Rockland March 10, 2024, $100 fine.

    Ryan Bremer, 34, of Jefferson, unauthorized dissemination of private images in Rockland Nov. 23, 2023, $500 fine.

    Blake Levi Falcon, 19, of Waldoboro, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit, failing to stop for an officer, violating condition of release, and operating without a license all in Thomaston Feb. 11, 2024, 24 hours in jail.

    Adam Gray, 40, of Holden, failing to report in Rockland June 16, 2022, 90 days in jail.

    Ericka L. Gray, 37, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Rockland Sept. 15, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation one year; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Rockland Feb. 5, 2024, 45 days in jail.

    Christian I. Hoch, 25, of Friendship, domestic violence assault in Rockland Aug. 24, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Aug. 24, 2022, $250 fine.

    Laura McCarthy, 35, of Vinalhaven, permitting unlawful use on Vinalhaven Feb. 7, 2024, $75 fine.

    Mark Reed, 39, of Friendship, reckless conduct in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, dismissed; night hunting in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, $1,000 fine, three days in jail; discharging a firearm near a boat ramp in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, three days in jail.

    Wade G. Reed, 70, of Friendship, reckless conduct and illegal possession of a firearm in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, both dismissed; discharging a firearm near a boat ramp in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, 72 hours in jail; night hunting in Friendship Nov. 2, 2023, $1,000 fine, 72 hours in jail.

    Sean M. Robinson, 43, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, with priors, in Rockland Sept. 8, 2022, three years in jail with all but 31 days suspended, probation two years.

    Joshua L. Ross, 36, of Rockland, failing to report in Rockland Oct. 18, 2023, 30 days in jail.

    Gage D. Small, 33, of Carmel, possession of a firearm when prohibited and domestic violence criminal threatening in Thomaston Dec. 17, 2023, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; possessing a firearm in a liquor licensed establishment in Thomaston Dec. 17, 203, nine months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, with three priors, in Thomaston Dec. 17, 2023, $1,000 fine, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

    Kevin Warren Whitehill, 41, of Thomaston, failing to report in Rockland Feb. 1, 2023, 45 days in jail; failing to report in Rockland Feb. 1, 2023, dismissed.

    Brittany Williams, 34, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 19, 2024, $250 fine.

    Tabitha L. York, 47, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union May 14, 2020, $250 fine.
