Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 11-20.

    Nicholas A. Ames, 28, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence aggravated assault on Vinalhaven April 7, 2022, dismissed.

    Travis D. Ames, 43, South Thomaston, violating protected resources on April 7, 2022, off Spruce Head, $25o fine.

    Zachary T. Babin, 25, Waldoboro, failing to make an accident report on April 2, 2022, in Warren, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine with fine suspended; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine with fine suspended.

    Johnathan Beaudette, 27, of Milo, violating protection from abuse order in Rockport Jan. 27, 2022, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

    Abdul Rashid Bilal, 25, of Warren, aggravated assault and trafficking in prison contraband in Warren June 11, 2021, nine months in prison; assault in Warren May 5, 2021, in Warren, $300 fine, nine months in prison.

    Kyle M. Bragdon, 35, of Washington, domestic violence assault in Washington Feb. 6, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Washington Feb. 6, 2022, seven days in jail.

    Jamie Jean Condon, 45, of Windsor, domestic violence criminal threatening in Thomaston Feb. 23, 2020, dismissed; criminal threatening in Washington Feb. 23, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Washington Feb. 23, 2020, $200 fine; violating condition of release in Washington July 12, 2020, $200 fine, all suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, in Washington  June 4, 2021, dismissed; violating condition of release in Washington June 4, 2021, $200 fine, all suspended.

    Kalob Crute, 25, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

    Dayton J. Dinsmore, 20, of South Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland May 14, 2022, dismissed.

    Shayne J. Elwell, 35, of Spruce Head, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden Feb. 13, 2022, $250 fine, 30 days in jail.

    Ian Edward Hathaway, 25, Belmont, operating while license suspended, $250 fine.

    Corey Glenn Honkonen, 39, Rockland, theft on April 24, 2022, in Thomaston, $75 fine.

    Thomas Lucier, 41, of Rockland, dissemination of sexually explicit material in Rockland Jan. 23, 2021, four years in jail with all but one year suspended, probation two years; possessing sexual explicit material of minor under 12 in Rockland Jan. 23, 2021, one year in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 23, 2021, $400 fine, six months in jail; violation of condition of release in Rockland Oct. 27, 2021, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 1, 2021, six months in jail.

    Lucier was arrested on Oct. 18, 2021, on multiple outstanding warrants related to the possession and dissemination of child pornography.

    The warrants were issued after an investigation by Rockland Police Department Detective Anne Griffith and Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit.

    Lucier was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force, which consists of officers from the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Border Patrol, Maine State Police, Maine Department of Corrections and the Biddeford Police Department. 

    The conditions of his probation include that he is prohibited from having contact with children under 16, is ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, and receive sex offender counseling. He must also forfeit electronic devices that were seized when he was arrested last year.

    Stephen M. Main, 23, of Damariscotta, operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren July 12, 2021, $250 fine; violating condition of release, operating vehicle without a license, and attaching false plates, all in Warren July 12, 2021, $150 fine with fine suspended.

    Robert N. Pagano Jr., 22, Rockland, operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

    Richard G. Payson, 69, of Warren, unlawful sexual touching in Warren Nov. 2, 2021, dismissed; assault in Warren Nov. 2, 2021, $500 fine.

    Kenneth W. Pruyne, 23, of Thomaston, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor in Warren Dec. 31, 2019, $500 fine.

    Suzannah E. Reed, 29, of Friendship, two counts of operating under the influence (alcohol), priors, two counts, in Thomaston Dec. 26, 2021, and Jan. 28, 2021, guilty, sentencing continued; operating vehicle without a license-conditions/restrictions in Thomaston Dec. 23, 2021, and Jan. 27, 2022, guilty, sentencing continued; violating condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 27, 2022, guilty, sentencing continued.

    Lucas B. Ross, 25, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Owls Head Jan. 8, 2022, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended, restitution $520; operating vehicle without license in Owls Head Jan. 8, 2022, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland March 22, 2022, 30 days in jail; assault in St. George Jan. 22, 2022, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in St. George Jan. 22, 2022, 30 days in jail; probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault in Owls Head Nov. 27, 2020, 252 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
