Harry Moholland, obituary
ROCKPORT — Harry L. Moholland, 77, died unexpectedly Jan. 5, 2014, surrounded by his loving family at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
Born in Calais Aug. 26, 1936, he was one of nine children born to Fred and Eva Sherman Moholland. Harry was raised in Princeton.
Harry spent most of his career as a truck driver and crane operator, hauling logs for various logging companies.
He was a family man at heart and found no greater joy than spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. His son said he was a kind and caring man to whom family meant everything.
Harry blessed his family and friends with boundless love and countless memories and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Predeceased by a son, Kevin Moholland Sr., Harry is survived by his wife, Jacqueline “Jackie” Moholland of Rockport; his children, Corey Moholland of Thomaston, Jason Moholland and his companion, Heather Smith, of Warren, Randy Harshaw and his wife, Leslie, and Joel Harshaw and his wife, Hue, all of Washington state; one brother, Harvey Moholland of Woodland; a sister, Hilda Conlogue of Portland; a daughter-in-law, Chandra Moholland of Thomaston; several grandchildren, Kevin “KC” Moholland Jr. and his wife, Kaitlyn, Chase Moholland, Corey Moholland, Molli Moholland, Isaiah Moholland, Hannah Moholland, Cody Gallant, Cheyanne Cookson, Bentley Smith, Tommy Harshaw, Natalie Harshaw, Catie Harshaw, Joel Blottenberger and his wife, Karla, Chelsea Harshaw and Rachel Harshaw; five great-grandchildren, Emery Mae Moholland, Rali Blottenberger, Allie Blottenberger, Daniel Blottenberge, and little Joel Blottenberger.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, Jan. 10, at 11 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 30 Sheerer Lane in Rockland. The Rev. Mike Fernald will officiate.
Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home in Rockland.
