SEARSPORT — Danny R. McFarlin, 54 of Searsport, passed away July 24, 2020. Danny was born in Skowhegan Maine on August 29, 1965.

Danny was a devoted family man. He was a caring son, a dedicated brother, a loving husband and a passionate father. But above all his grandchildren were his world. He loved us all and would do anything for us, but Landon and Jayce had his heart and soul, and he would want them to know that forever. He is gone far too soon, but in his short life he gave us so much. You are greatly loved and painfully missed.

Danny is survived by his mother, Pauline Lane, and step-father, Joel Lane, both of Frankfort; his father, Percy R. McFarlin of Searsport; his wife of 35 years, Susan McFarlin of Searsport; his children Joshua McFarlin and wife Amanda of Searsport, Jennifer McFarlin of Searsport; his brothers Doug McFarlin and Dale McFarlin, both of Frankfort; sisters Denise Tripp and Dawn Sykes, both of Frankfort; his grandchildren Landon Economy and Jayce McFarlin; and his dog, Brady.
