CAMDEN — Cecilia Lee Perkins, 3-1/2, beloved daughter of Bernard and Amanda (Stanley) Perkins, died July 2, 2015, at the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center in Portland. A complete obituary will be published later and services will be announced.
