Update, July 29, 2024. The Lawn Concert at Rockport Masonic Center featuring MOJO jazz band for this Wednesday, July 31, has been cancelled due to expected bad weather.

ROCKPORT — The Rockport Masonic Center continues its free lawn concerts on Wednesday, July 31, from 6 to 7 p.m., featuring the music of the Monday Night Jazz Orchestra-MOJO.

The event is free to the public with pass the hat donations taken for the band. You are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the summer night and music.

1 hamburger or 2 hot dog plates with a side, chips, drink and ice cream are available for $10 per plate. There will also be a 50-50 raffle drawn to aid the scholarship fund.

The center is located at 361 Main Street just up from the Simonton Corner 4-way stop signs. FMI Please call Jeff Sukeforth 691-2270.
