Camden Hills Regional High School hosts annual Mattress Fundraiser, Nov. 22
Camden Hills Regional High School is hosting its annual Mattress Fundraiser this Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Camden Hills Regional High School, and every purchase helps support local students.
This year’s event will help raise money for both the CHRHS Music Department and the Montreal trip, providing students with opportunities for performances, travel, and hands-on learning experiences.
"Last year’s sale brought in more than $7,000 for the music program, and we’re hoping to top that total again," said band director Craig Ouellette.
There will be more than two dozen mattress models set up to try, featuring well-known brands like Purple, Helix, Theraluxe, Hemingway, and others.
According to Ouellette, shoppers can expect:
- A wide range of styles and comfort levels
- Prices well below typical retail stores
- Mattress accessories and bedding options
- Proceeds that go directly to Camden Hills students
"Not looking for a mattress right now?" said Ouellette. "You can still help by spreading the word. Reaching our goal of $10,000–$20,000 depends on getting the community involved, and sharing the event with friends or family makes a big difference."
