POWNAL — The Camden Hills mountain bike team posted strong results at a race at Pownal’s Bradbury Mountain State Park Saturday, Sept. 22. 

The team swept the junior three person male division by securing first, second and third places. The team also took first place in the junior solo male race of 10 laps thanks to Bryce Carlson. 

Members of the first place team were Dillon Mackey, Rory Carlson and Owen Cooper. 

Members of the second place team were Sam Luft, Ethan Andrus and Charlie Cooper. 

Members of the third place team were Russ McKenna, August Gray and Jack Main. 

Other racers competing with as part of the Camden Hills roster included Natalie O'Neil, Owen Bragg, Will Jurewitz, Britt LaFiura, Devon Smith, Lincoln Pierce and Cyrus Alley. Alley is a student at Oceanside, which does not sponsor a team thus allowing Alley the opportunity to compete with Camden Hills.
