BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 3-10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Oct. 3

Winnifred Roy, 30, of Cushing, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Route 1.

Dale L. Larrabee, 44, of Prospect, was arrested for possession of a schedule Y drug and sale and use of paraphernalia. Larrabee was also issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.

Oct. 4

Trisha Rose, 59, of Waldo, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.

Oct. 5

Roland C. Evan-Freke, 20, of Tuxedo Park, N.Y., was issued summonses for possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle and possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Northport Avenue in Belfast.

Benjamin K. Woodrow, 26, of Damascus, Md., was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.

Jeffery A. Carr, 29, of Hartland, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1.

Clifford D. Cabral, 54, of Brownfield, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Searsport Avenue.

Oct. 6

Jedidiah Wasilewski, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

Oct. 7

Phillip M. McFadden, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Belmont Avenue.

Oct. 8

Seigi A. Brillard, 3, of Brooks, was issued summonses for two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

Terry L. Gibbs, 34, of Brooks, was issued summons for two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

Nicholas A. Littlefield, 19, of Rockland, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

Oct. 9

Nicholas Moll, 31, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
