BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 25-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 12 (late entry)

Aimee Twigg, 35, of Searsport, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument at Penobscot Terrace, stemming from an incident Oct. 30.

Jan. 25

Carrie Hughes, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.

Holly J. Zack, 58, of Vassalboro, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3.

Katherine Manchester, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines (three charges).

Jan. 28

George E. Chandler, 55, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street. 

Jan. 29

Troy Thomas, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines (two charges).
