BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Nov. 6-10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Nov. 6

Kenneth R. Briggs Jr., 26, of Portland, was arrested for violating a protective order on Patterson Hill Road.

Karen Dyer, 34, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension. 

Nov. 7

Mark E. James, 44, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Avenue. 

Nov. 8

John S. Capella, 18, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Nov. 10

Erin T. Fogg, 35, of Liberty, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.
