BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 31 - Feb. 6. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Jan. 31
Robert B. Cyphers, 24, of Montville, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating with an expired license (90+ days) on Belmont Avenue.
Feb. 4
Terry W. Merrifield, 50, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault, operating under the influence and operating without a license (beyond restrictions) on Lincolnville Avenue.
