Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 11-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 11
Madelyn Kendall, 32, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.
Sept. 16
Isaac Cummings, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of liquor by a minor on Chickadee Circle.
Sept. 18
Kevin Simmons, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Oak Hill Road.
Sept. 21
Heidi A. Howie, 60, of Belfast, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child on School Street.
Sept. 27
Israel Robbins, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for aggravated assault, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and terrorizing on Belmont Ave.
