Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb 17 - March 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 17
Benjamin Hamel, 43, of Belfast, was issued summonses for two counts of indecent conduct on Back Belmont Road.
Feb. 21
Michael Sentell, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Cottage Street.
Taylor McGinnis, 37, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening on Lincolnville Ave.
Feb. 25
Kristin E. Gould, 35, of Freedom, was arrested for failure to appear.
Feb. 27
Joan Willoe, 74, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to report an accident on Lincolnville Road.
Feb. 28
Jason Brown, 63, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Lincolnville Ave.
Donald Moore, 50, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating after suspension, false attachment of plates, and failure to appear on Route 1.
