Belfast — Police reported the following activity Dec. 4-18.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 17 (late entry)
Elisheva Kaufman, 73, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or use on Belmont Road.
Dec. 4
David Anderson, 19, of Morrill, was issued a summons for theft on Searsport Ave.
Dec. 9
Debra Sereduk, 66, of Brooks, was issued summonses for three counts of theft on Starrett Drive, stemming from incidents Oct. 16, Oct. 26, and Nov. 20.
Dec. 12
Danielle York, 48, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and operating under the influence on City Point Road.
Dec. 14
Joseph A. Balla, 23, of Poland, was arrested for failure to appear, operating after revocation on Route.
