Belfast — Police reported the following activity Oct. 25 - Nov. 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 25
Kyle L. Perkins, 39, of Union, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Searsport Ave.
Tony Heath, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching on Martin Lane.
Oct. 27
Gregory Malone, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with a license beyond 90 days past expiration on Northport Ave.
Nov. 2
Michael Ripley, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a protection order on Piper Stream Road.
