BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 22-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Dec. 28 (late entry)

Peter McCafferty, 46, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Route 1.

Jan. 22

Timothy St. Thomas, 51, was arrested for disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and terrorizing on Blue Bird Circle.

Jan. 23

William A. Simmonds, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Avenue.

Jan. 24

Salika K. Johnson, 49, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Avenue.

Andrew H. Williams, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on High Street.
