ROCKLAND — A Knox County grand jury issued indictments against 20 people during a session that concluded Feb. 9. The charges included sexual assault, drug trafficking and aggravated assault.  

An indictment does not indicate guilt.

Ramsteon Ahoi, 22, of Warren, aggravated criminal mischief in Rockland July 18, 2023.

Stephen Ames, 33, of Westbrook, gross sexual assault, four counts, unlawful sexual contact, tampering with a victim, and sexual misconduct with a child. The alleged offenses occurred from 2017 through 2020 in Thomaston with a victim younger than 12 years old.

Damion Butterfield, 24, Maine State Prison in Warren, assault on an officer and trafficking in prison contraband (a weapon) in Warren March 26, 2023.

Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 43, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (of property valued at more than $10,000) and violating condition of release, two counts, in Warren October 27, 2023.

Hollis H. Duswald, 45, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (fentanyl and cocaine), two counts, criminal operating under the influence, and criminal forfeiture (a Glock pistol), all in Knox County in June 2023.

Spencer C. Gallitz, 27, of Rockland, aggravated assault in Rockland Aug. 3, 2023.

Stephen B. Grant, 44, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and violation of condition of release in Thomaston June 18, 2023.

Cody Jameson, 27, of Warren, gross sexual assault, three counts, and unlawful sexual contact, two counts. The alleged offenses occurred in Warren in 2016 and 2018 with a victim who was younger than 12 years old.

Adonia R. Labbe, 45, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief (broken television) in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2023.

Anthony Leo, 48, of Thomaston, gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, and sexual abuse of a minor in Thomaston January 2003 with a victim who was 14 years old.

Dennilee D. Peaslee, 39, of Damariscotta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 29, 2023.

Codi J. Reynolds, 24, of Canaan, gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact in St. George Oct. 28, 2022. The victim was reported to be younger than 14 years old.

Jillian Richards, 33, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (fentanyl powder), and violation of condition of release, two counts in Rockland April 30, 2023.

Joseph Ritchison, 47, of Augusta, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (a Taser) and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Warren Oct. 6, 2022.

Cameron Gnosini-Rubenstein, 27, of Rockland, domestic violence aggravated assault and domestic violence assault in Rockland Nov. 3, 2023.

Gage D. Small, 33, of Carmel, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Thomaston December 2023; possession of a firearm in a licensed liquor establishment, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and operating after revocation in Rockland December 2023.

Jordyn Walker, 24, of Washington, domestic violence aggravated assault in Rockport Nov.15, 2023.

Troy J. Woodman, 41, of Warren, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 31, 2023.

Michelle D. Young, 34, of Cushing, operating after revocation in Warren June 24, 2023.
