The Knox County Democratic Committee (KCDC) will hold its 19th Lobster Bake on Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at beautiful Blueberry Cove on the picturesque coastline of Tenants Harbor. While we are in a new location, we are delighted to have Barbara and Ken Wexler serve as our honorary hosts.

This is KCDC's major fundraiser and will provide most of its operating budget for the next two years, including its 2026 Headquarters at 33 Park Street, Rockland. It's also a fun local event where members of our community meet and mingle with others who share our values and commitment to electing Democrats at all levels of government, all while enjoying Maine lobster. There will be brief remarks by elected officials, candidates and others.

 There are four levels of sponsorship: Silver ($250), Gold ($500), Platinum ($1000), and Diamond ($2000). Individual or business sponsors will receive up to two tickets at the Silver and Gold sponsorship levels, and up to four tickets at the Platinum and Diamond levels. Their generosity will be recognized on the program if their donations are made by July 25, 2026. Sponsorships made after that date will be recognized at the event.

 Persons who are unable to sponsor but would like to attend, may purchase Adult tickets for $60 each - and must purchase them in advance. There is also a Student/Youth ticket option for those aged 21 and under.

 Each ticket includes a delicious lobster dinner (or alternate menu featuring hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers), served with coleslaw or potato salad, corn on the cob, watermelon, and dessert - all prepared by our dedicated volunteers.
