The Oceanside Little League held it’s 2016 baseball league championship Sunday at Gordon Field on Pleasant St. in Rockland. Rotary and Elks had fought their way through the playoffs for the right to play for the title. 

In the end, it was Rotary that prevailed with a 13-5 win. 

Now the young players get ready for season two as the District 2 All-Star tournament will kick off soon and run through most of the summer.
