Rockport Police beat: Domestic violence assault, speeding
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Sept. 20-Oct. 9. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sept. 20
Paul Norwood, 48, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
Corwin Olds, 37, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for operating without a license.
Sept. 23
Caitlin Brann, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with domestic violence assault.
Sept. 27
Tyler J. Swett, 31, of Bremen, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Sept. 29
James French, 60, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Tim Davis for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph zone.
Oct. 6
Juvenile, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
Oct. 9
Jerome Cushing, 37, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for failure of left turning vehicle to yield right of way.
