WALDO — A Frankfort woman is facing charges following a two-vehicle accident in Waldo Sept. 25, according to a media report from the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office.

Brandi Nickerson, 33, was cited for operating under the influence and operating without a license following the Moosehead Trail incident.

Deputy Kevin Littlefield responded to the scene around 1:45 p.m., where he learned that Nickerson struck another vehicle from behind after failing to stop for a construction flagger.

Nickerson was asked to complete standard field sobriety tests after Littlefield became suspicious she was intoxicated. She was ultimately issued two citations.
