Rockport Police beat: Domestic violence assault, OUI, inadequate tires
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity April 26-May 5. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 10 (late entry)
Dale Landrith, 40, of Owls Head, was charged by Officer Jim Moore with domestic violence assault.
April 26
Derek Rodriques, 30, of Warren, was charged by Officer Chris Taylor with inadequate tires.
April 28
Michael Mascelli, 63, of Latham, N.Y., was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 43 mph in a 15 mph zone.
May 3
Anna E. Haberman-Fake, 23, of Bethel, was charged by Taylor for operating under the influence, attaching false plates.
May 5
Travis Lee, 24, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for failure to stop at a stop sign.
