Jeffrey H. Alexander, 46, of White River Junction, Vt., operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Jay M. Balano, 73, of Port Clyde, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, restitution $27.01; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, dismissed.

Jacob A. Bartlett, 19, of Thomaston, minor transporting liquor, $200 fine, license suspended 30 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Michael P. Beal, 44, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Chase Breen, 28, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Carol A. Crothers, 58, of Sidney, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, dismissed.

John N. Davee, 21, of Old Town, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.

William L. Deane Jr., 40, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 30 days in jail.

Leah Ellis, 23, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Anthony M. Feltis, 31, of Waldoboro, shellfish harvesting license violation-commercial, $300 fine.

Kathy L. Grierson, 28, of Union, operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

Adam M. Griffin, 33, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Gene Hutchinson, 66, of Vinalhaven, night hunting, dismissed; using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $100 fine. 

Wendy Sue Lash, 41, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

Michael A. McMahan, 48, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Benjamin K. Welt, 18, of Rockland, minor possessing liquor, $600 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Jonathan Whiffen, 55, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, one prior, dismissed; reckless conduct, 60 days in jail.

Lee Williams, 30, of Washington, attaching false plates, $150 fine.
