When I arrived at Rockland they were just starting the service at the corner of Park and Main. As I approached downtown Rockland it became apparent that if there was going to be a parade, it was going to be small, with a limited number of people waiting to see it. 

Turns out the photos here are what showed up today for the parade. I asked a Rockland police officer if the parade had been cancelled and he said no, that the parade goes on rain or shine every year with whoever shows up to participate. He then went on to say the men and women who have given their lives didn’t wait for a dry day, it is the least we can do for them!
