    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from April 25-29.

    Carrie Backiel, 36, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

    Joshua D. Benner, 20, of Waldoboro, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Steven H. Boivin Jr., 44, of Owls Head, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.

    Joshua A. Clough, 20, of Rockland, protective order from harassment violation; $500 fine.

    Roy Daugherty, 48, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Krysta Davenport, 27, of Farmington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

    Joseph B. Flynn, 34, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $238.40 restitution.

    Dana Genthner, 45, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Jeffrey E. Goddard, 29, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.

    Joseph Greenleaf, 25, of Damariscotta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

    Brandon T. Grubbs, 22, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.

    Shane Jewell, 21, of Waldoboro, unattended lines, $100 fine.

    Megan M. Johnson, 25, of Warren, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

    Karl A. Kaufman, 50, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Anthony E. Kirklian, 20, of Camden, operating after the influence, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $400 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Christopher C. Knight Jr., 24, of Matinicus, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Emily Lawry, 37, of Gardiner, operating after the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Lynn M. Libby, 51, of Rockland, assault, $300 fine.

    Joshua Lee McGee, 22, of Portland, assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.

    Elvin W. Morrison, 23, of Winslow, theft by deception, seven days in jail.

    April Moulton, 41, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Ryan J. Newbert, 19, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $600 fine.

    Michael W. Noyes, 70, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Daniel E. Ohno, 27, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Wilson Ranney, 26, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Craig C. Reimer, 37, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 75 days suspended, probation one year; falsifying physical evidence, 30 days in jail.

    Herbert Simmons, 34 of Cushing, class 1 lobster and crab fishing without license, $500 fine.

    Jeremy S. Stone, 42, of Montville, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Courtney Sukeforth, 33, of Camden, violating condition of release, $200 fine.

    Corey D. Williams, 40, of South Thomaston, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, dismissed.

    Larry W. Winchenbach, 34, of St. George, failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, 30 days in jail; failure to register vehicle, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, 30 days in jail.

    Roger F. Yattaw Jr., 50, of Spruce Head, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $350 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.

    Brandon S. Yeaton, 25, of Cushing, class 1 lobster and crab fishing without license, $500 fine; take, transfer, sell, possess v-notched lobster, $1,400 fine.
