The community is invited to a holiday open house at Barnswallow Books, located at 166 Russell Avenue in Rockport (across the street from the library and next to the CMCA building) on Saturday, December 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.

This free event will feature live holiday music and readings. Barnswallow Books will also offer free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies.

Barnswallow Books will be remain open all year and now features a small cafe with sweet and savory fresh baked goods. Shoppers are invited to visit the recently opened Holiday Shop on the second level.
