Back by popular demand for two shows! In addition to television appearances on Comedy Central, the Maine native is now one of the few comics to do the complete late night circuit including The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and Craig Kilborn. 7pm show: Balcony Bar openfor 21+. 9pm show: 21+ only, both Lobby and Balcony Bars will be open. Saturday, August 8 at 7:30 p.m.: The Warren Hood Band And The Revelers
An evening of Swamp-Pop, Cajun, Country, Blues and Zydeco! Warren Hood, the son of Austin, Texas music legend Champ Hood, is an award winning multi instrumentalist, songwriter and singer. A former member of Bob Weir’s acclaimed The Waybacks, he has also performed and/or recorded with Lyle Lovett, Joan Osborne, Emmylou Harris, Ben Kweller, Little Feet, Elvis Costello, Susan Tedeschi, Gillian Welch, and Alejandro Escovedo.
Founding members of acclaimed Louisiana bands the Red Stick Ramblers and The Pine Leaf Boys have joined together to form Louisiana’s Supergroup: The Revelers. Equally at home on a festival stage, late night dance party, or performing arts hall, the sheer power and raucousness of the band’s sound is tempered only by their unbelievable tightness as a group. The hilarious Paula Poundstone is known for her distinctive brand of spontaneous observational comedy. Also an actress and commentator, Poundstone has appeared on numerous HBO comedy specials, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, National Public Radio's weekly news quiz show Wait Wait... Thursday, August 20 at 7:30 p.m.: Slaid Cleaves
The “Americana” music of Austin based singer/songwriter and guitarist Slaid Cleaves is rooted in country, blues and traditional folk songs. He has released 10 albums in his 20 year career, first gaining significant notice with No Angel Knows, released in 1997. A singular storyteller, Cleaves with an optimistic voice; he is realistic and wise without being cynical. His latest release, Still Fighting the War, spotlights an artist in peak form; Cleaves’ seamless new collection delivers vivid snapshots as wildly cinematic as they are carefully chiseled. Saturday, September 5 at 7:30 p.m.: Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars
As refugees from Sierra Leone's horrific civil war, musician Reuben Koroma and his wife Sister Grace founded the group to provide a bit of entertainment and levity to their devastated fellow refugees. In 2006 a critically acclaimed film, featuring their story and music, was released alongside their debut album, Living Like a Refugee. The large band has multiple rotating members. Rooted in West African highlife and palm wine music, as well as Jamaican reggae, the band takes on elements of many other genres of African music and pop in their songs. The band's music is spirit filled and uplifting, which fits in with their original intent: to provide some joy and hope in the midst of devastation. Folk singer/songwriter Cheryl Wheeler is a natural storyteller with a beautiful voice; though her songs are often emotional portraits of people, her live concerts also include comic routines and serious discussions. A gifted writer, Wheeler's songs have been covered by artists as diverse as Dan Seals, Peter Paul and Mary, Kenny Loggins, Garth Brooks, Suzy Boggus, Melanie, Bette Midler, Maura O'Connell, Sylvia, Kathy Mattea, and Holly Near. Singer-songwriter and actress Crystal Bowersox's rich amalgam of blues, country, folk and rock makes her one of the most dynamic young voices in music to come along in years. Along with her old soul of a voice, her carefree style and "don't mess with me" attitude has landed the self taught songstress performances with the like of the legendary Joe Cocker, Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Franti, BB King, and Alanis Morrissette. Crystal has released two albums, and playedPatsy Cline in the Broadway production of Always, Patsy Cline in 2014.

Northern roots act Jubilee Riots, formerly Enter the Haggis, have consistently pushed the envelope of musical exploration with their evolving fusion of indie rock, folk and world music. Their catchy, innovative songs have pop hooks and a definitive Celtic sound. The five band members, Brian Buchanan, Craig Downie, Trevor Lewington, Mark Abraham, and Bruce McCarthy meld guitars, keyboards, and percussion with the fiddle, highland bagpipes, trumpet, octave mandolin, whistle and harmonica. The band is centered on telling stories that resonate with truth and authenticity. After years of touring, meeting people and sharing stories over late night drinks, the band put out the call for people around the world to submit their stories as inspiration for their upcoming album. Live broadcast from Stratford-Upon-Avon by the Royal Shakespeare Company. In the melting pot of Venice, trade is God. With its ships plying the globe, the city opens its arms to all, as long as they come prepared to do business and there is profit to be made. With the gold flowing all is well, but when a contract between Bassanio and Shylock is broken, simmering racial tensions boil over. A wronged father, and despised outsider, Shylock looks to exact the ultimate price for a deal sealed in blood. Polly Findlay (Arden of Faversham 2014) directs Shakespeare's uncompromising tragedy. Recorded at their first concert in 1990 when Luciano Pavarotti, Plácido Domingo and José Carreras met onstage at the Baths of Caracalla in Rome and became known as the Three Tenors. This historic musical event is an awe-inspiring show of the greatest hits for the tenor voice. Zubin Mehta conducts the grandiose Orchestra del Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and the Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. Running time: 1 hour 26 min. A special one-night-only screening of Hell Town, the new soap-opera/horror film by co-directors Steve Balderson (Firecracker) and Elizabeth Spear (Roundball). Hell Town follows the melodramatic antics of high school seniors clashing over love, sex, and betrayal. In the middle of all the one-sided infatuations, backstabbing bitchiness, bottled-up sexuality, sibling rivalry and general small-town angst, there is the ‘Letter Jacket Killer’ who is killing students in a variety of sadistic ways. As the body count rises and the blood pools closer to home, it becomes clear that one of our main characters is the killer…but who? With a growing sense of isolation, he must face his fears, protect his secrets, and negotiate a grieving father's unyielding demands for tradition: to pursue dreams that wait beyond the tides. And it all comes down to a single act of courage on a rocky bluff above the sea, to become a man.
Filmed in Rockland, Owls Head, Thomaston, South Thomaston, Vinalhaven, Cushing and Monhegan, and screened as a unique, pre-film festival circuit presentation.
