Jean Marion Wooster Dickey Royal, obituary
OMAHA, Neb. — Jean Marion Wooster Dickey (Royal), 79, went to sing with the choir in heaven following a long battle with renal failure, passing away peacefully Feb. 23 2014.
She was born Aug. 14, 1934, in Vinalhaven to Joel and Ethel Tolman Wooster.
She was predeceased by her husband, Curtis Dickey; and her son, David.
She is survived by her three children, Beverly Repouille and her husband, Dana, of Omaha, Neb., Michael Dickey of Omaha and Paul Dickey and his wife, Heather, of Cooperstown, N.Y., — who will remember her strength, spirit and sense of humor fondly. She also leaves behind her brother, Joel Wooster of South Daytona, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Matthew Dickey, David Repouille, Shannon Dickey, Joel Repouille, Alan Repouille, Nathan Dickey and Alexander Dickey; three great-grandchildren; and many loving friends.
She enjoyed life by filling the world with music and song, crocheting for friends and family, and collecting ducks.
Funeral services in the Bangor area are pending.
