Cast announced for 'Every Christmas Story Ever Told' at Waldo Theatre
WALDOBORO — The Waldo Theatre has announced the 3-person cast for its holiday community theatre production of Every Christmas Story Ever Told (and Then Some!), a comedic, fast-paced mashup of traditional holiday stories, classic tv productions, holiday films, and worldwide traditions, to be staged December 13, 14, and 15, 2024, at The Waldo.
The ensemble cast will include George Bates of Waldoboro, Heidi Holst of Warren, and Jack Sullivan of Waldoboro.
“I’m so excited about the emerging chemistry between our players in this fast-paced, hilarious tongue-in-cheek salute to everything Christmas,” said, Laura Morris, director and Whitefield resident, in a news release. “Our three cast members will assume more than 40 beloved and familiar Christmas character roles—and costume changes—in just one and half hours. This isn’t standard 'holiday' fare, but is fun, funny and filled with nostalgia that we hope will evoke happy memories for our audience.”
Performances of Every Christmas Story Ever Told (and Then Some!) are scheduled for Friday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, December 14, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, December 15, at 2 p.m.
Advance tickets are just $15/adults, $10/children, and available on The Waldo’s website.
