BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Nov. 6-14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Nov. 6

John J. Ward, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument at Belfast Variety, stemming from an incident Oct. 3.

Nov. 7

Oliver A. Palmer, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Nov. 8

Teresa M. Barnes, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release and possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

Nov. 9

Roger A. Robertson, 30, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

Leslie P. Umans, 61, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

Nov. 10

Christopher V. Davis, 57, of Waldoboro, was summonsed for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

Jeremy C. Smith, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

Nicholas A. Wright, 19, of South Bristol, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

Nov. 11

Robert F. McKinney Jr., 18, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Jason D. Hall, 42, of Hope, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release, stemming from an incident Oct. 16.

Nov. 14

Meisha L. Rice, 31, of Monroe, was summonsed for a seatbelt violation.
