Endorsing Jason Trundy for the office of Waldo County Sheriff

I write to endorse Waldo County Chief Deputy Jason Trundy for the office of Waldo County Sheriff.
I worked with Jason as part of a citizen initiative to promote awareness of mental health issues, including proposed legislation to help law enforcement meet the needs of these vulnerable members of our community.
Jason is a no-nonsense, hard-working law man whose strength is tempered with compassion. He sees the humanity in all people and is as skilled at communicating with those in power as he is with those in need of help and guidance.
We are lucky in Waldo County to have had a series of caring, competent sheriffs; there’s no one more qualified to take his place in that group than Jason Trundy!
