Matthew Nathan Boegel, 24, of Rockland, probation violation on a previous conviction of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Rockland Oct. 28, 2017, 11 months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; criminal mischief in Rockland June 26, 2022, 30 days in jail.

Kyle M. Bragdon, 35, of Washington, violating condition of release in Washington June 25, 2022, seven days in jail.

Carolyn D. Breen, 75, of Winslow, operating while license suspended or revoked in Washington April 21, 2022, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended in Washington April 21, 2022, $150 fine.

Troy Hudson Crane, 58, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Thomaston Jan. 8, 2022, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over the speed limit in Thomaston Jan. 8, 2022, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Jan. 8, 2022, $500 fine, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year, license suspended 150 days.

Karl Crute Jr., 49, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception in Cushing Feb. 4, 2020, both dismissed.

Noah Curtis, 18, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Hope on July 2, 2022, dismissed; criminal mischief in Hope July 2, 2022, dismissed.

Brent Foster, 29, of Newport, failing to make oral or written accident report in Hope Aug. 29, 2021, $500 fine.
