CUSHING — On May 27, 2021, James Elwin Clark, 66, lost his battle with heart disease, shattering the heart of his adoring wife, Marcia Thurston Clark.
James and Marcia were married July 13, 1973, at 18, and danced and held hands for over 47 years. “We will walk strong together again, my love.”
James leaves a living, loving legacy of exceptional children and grandchildren, including daughters Stephanie Lee Davis and her husband Craig, and Brandy Jo Clark and her wife Heather; son, James Elwin Ray Clark; grandsons, Kyle Dinsmore and Ethan Keene; granddaughters, Autumn Dinsmore and her wife Taylor, and their “Little Emma,” and Jesi Keene and her wife Stephanie; great-grandson, Grayson James Disnmore; great-granddaughter, Emma Lorraine Dinsmore; sister Leiella; a brother, Richard; and several cousins.
James’ family has chosen to honor his request to leave this earth without ceremonies.
